Residential Scheduler

Great opportunity for an experienced residential scheduler to join an independent home builder based in the western suburbs of Perth. Due to a period of exciting growth, this company is looking to add a scheduler to their team to schedule their single storey home builds. This would be a great opportunity for an experienced scheduler to join a friendly team and grow their career.
Responsibilities Schedule and quantify building materials to produce accurate orders and costing Administer variations Generate purchase orders Read and interpret architectural drawings Work independently as well as cohesively with the wider project team including office and site staff Attend construction project meetings where required Work on multiple construction projects at any one time Build and maintain strong working relationships with trades, suppliers and colleagues. Experience Experience in a scheduling role (or similar) within the residential building market, ideally in Perth Experience scheduling single story home builds Databuild experience highly desirable Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb attention to detail and excellent time management skills Solution focused and able to juggle multiple priorities Mathematical aptitude Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with trades, suppliers and the inhouse team.
