The role We have an exciting on the road position for an experienced Sales Executive to join our expanding team. This job is best suited to a person who has residential sales experience (in-house appointments) within the real estate or construction industry or technical sales. The area you will cover will be North Brisbane to Frazer Coast.
Duties On-site visits to acquire new sales of our exciting & innovative vertical lifts. Following up on designated sales leads and providing solutions to customer needs in a timely manner. Create and update leads and quotes in our Customer Relationship Management System Sim-Pro. Manage and build strong relationships both internally and externally with new and existing customers, architects, and builders. Liaise with other stakeholders and departments about quote/job progression and keep clear lines of communication open at all times. Identify new sales opportunities and develop new prospect leads. Prompt administration of sales paperwork. Attendance of exhibitions and other promotional events to assist in selling our products and increasing our brand awareness. Developing and leveraging the company's branding and professional profile. Why join Competitive base salary of $85,000 + very attractive uncapped commissions structure + super + vehicle. $150K package is attainable (and being achieved in other states) for this position. Skills and experience 3+ years of in-house appointment sales e.g. - real estate, blinds and awnings, windows etc. 3+ years' experience of CRM software use. Proven negotiation and cost management skills. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy with quotes, record keeping and filing systems. Resilience and a capacity to work autonomously. Self-motivated and self-starter ready to bring your knowledge and experience into a fast-growing industry. A star communicator in face-to-face meetings, presentations, phone and email. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal & external stakeholders. You will receive exceptional ongoing training to ensure you continue to grow, whilst developing your skills.
