We are seeking an experienced Land Lease Sales Consultant to join our Vantage team based at our newest community located at Hervey Bay, QLD.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Skills and Experience
You will have a proven track record of success in land lease or retirement living as a preference; while residential sales will be considered. Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and community is key and you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will also have: An understanding of land lease communities and how they operateA passion for customer service and building communityExcellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skillsEnergy and excitement in attending customer eventsConfidence in networkingStrong negotiation skillsOngoing customer account managementStrong ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesIntermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce)Solutions-focused approach to problem solvingSound financial acumenTo be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required. A current QLD Real Estate Licence is essential along with a valid QLD Driver's license. About AVID
