We are seeking an experienced LLC Sales Consultant to join us at one of our newest land lease communities located in beautiful Hervey Bay.
About the Role This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Skills and Experience You will have a proven track record of success in land lease or retirement living as a preference; while residential sales will be considered. Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and the community is key, and you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.
To be successful in this role you will also have: An understanding of land lease communities and how they operate A passion for customer service and building community Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills Energy and excitement in attending customer events Confidence in networking Strong negotiation skills Ongoing customer account management Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Intermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel) Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce) Solutions-focused approach to problem solving Sound financial acumen To be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
A current QLD Real Estate Licence is essential along with a valid QLD Driver's license.
