About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at O'Donoghues First National Real Estate as a Residential Property Manager. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring landlords and tenants are provided with excellent service and support. This is a full-time role based in our Darwin, NT office.
What you'll be doing Effectively managing a portfolio of residential rental propertiesConducting routine property inspections and coordinating maintenance and repairsHandling the leasing process, including advertising vacancies, conducting viewings, and securing new tenantsManaging rent collection, arrears, and processing of tenant bondsAddressing tenant queries and resolving any tenancy issues that ariseProviding regular updates and reports to landlordsEnsuring all property management activities comply with relevant legislation and company policiesWhat we're looking for Proven experience as a residential property manager, preferably in the Darwin areaStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractorsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a diverse workloadFamiliarity with relevant property management legislation and regulationsProficient in using property management software and technologyA positive, customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing excellent serviceWhat we offer
