The Role
We're seeking a Residential Pricing & Property Due Diligence Specialist to support our property advisory team, working across Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane (the role is Melbourne-based). There will be an opportunity to work from home if required.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct pricing and property due diligence for property acquisitions, catering to both investors and homeowners.Provide initial pricing assessments to evaluate alignment with client briefs.Prepare formal pricing reports for portfolio reviews, sales, and advisory services.Review Formal Property Investment Reports for engaged clients considering acquisitions.Occasionally support the Commercial team with pricing when needed.Conduct research to enhance pricing strategies.Day-to-Day: You'll be responsible for managing incoming tasks from the property advisory team, prioritizing workflows, and ensuring deadlines are met. This role involves conducting high-impact work where decisions significantly influence clients. In quieter periods, your role will pivot to proactive research, guiding our future investment strategies.
