Mining - Operations (Mining, Resources & Energy) Join Our Team as a Residential Operator at Our Garnet Mine Site!About the Role:Residential full-time role working a roster of 8 days on / 6 days off, 7 nights on / 7 days off.Located at Lucky Bay Garnet - 30 Kilometers from KalbarriReporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include operating and maintaining equipment on a mineral sands processing plant.Key duties will include but not limited to: Operate and maintain fixed plant and mobile production mining equipment and machinery.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Monitor and report on production and equipment performance.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.What you need to Succeed:Previous experience in mining or heavy machinery operation is preferred (including but not limited to 982/988 loaders, Moxy trucks, forklifts, IT loaders, EWP).Current driver's license (HR or C class).Forklift and EWP tickets (ideal but not essential).Must be able to provide a national police check and complete a pre-employment medical.Strong commitment to safety and environmental standards.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Willingness to work in a residential setting with a rotating roster.What we offer you:Competitive remuneration.Available Camp accommodation at Kalbarri (no meals provided).Comprehensive training and development programs.Opportunities for career advancement.A supportive and inclusive work culture.f you do not live in the region and would like to relocate We can offer fly in / fly out for a period of up to 3 months.Live in our camp accommodation located at Kalbarri.
