Are you an experienced Residential Manager ready for your next challenge? Join us to lead our brand new, state-of-the-art 144-bed aged care residence set to open in Warragul in March 2025!
About the Role: Starting in early December 2024, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aged care service delivery. With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you will be well-equipped to make a difference.
We invite you to join us early to assist in preparing the site for its grand opening in March 2025, and then lead the team ongoing to ensure that exceptional care is maintained.
In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the residence. Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals. You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents.
