Accommodation residences play an important role in underpinning the academic and social experience for any student living away from home.The Residential Life Supervisor (RLS) is responsible for facilitating the creation and coordination of a multi-dimensional and culturally diverse community under the guidance of the Property Manager - Operations, with a particular emphasis on resident wellbeing and ensuring the delivery of the Residential Life and Wellbeing Program.The RLS plays a key role as part of a broader Management team in promoting and advocating for residential wellbeing at the forefront of our business operations.More specifically you will :Provide leadership and support in the management and development of the Residential Life and Wellbeing ProgramProvide exceptional service to all residents, staff, university departments, visitors, suppliers, contractors and associated organisationsEstablish and maintain a constructive and productive working relationship with all key stakeholdersRecruit, train and be responsible for the Residential Advisor teamsThis is a permanent full-time position working a 38 hour work week, Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the role, you may be required to work outside of these hours to assist with events from time to time.What we're looking forWe are looking for someone with a hands on approach.
