This includes:Planning and coordinating a calendar of events aimed at fostering personal growth and academic success of our residents and a respectful culture and sense of belonging within our community.Developing online and face to face promotional strategy for events to engage and increase participation from our residents.Obtain feedback and satisfaction rates from residents to evaluate and review the residential life program offering for continuous improvement.Coordinate the operational execution of events, including liaising with third party providers, set up and pack down, and instructions for event assistants.ABOUT YOUYou are passionate about fostering a welcoming and inclusive community where students can thrive.
