They take total control of project management and construction delivery for each of their developments. With a track record of over $750 million in completed projects across Sydney, their exciting journey continues with a further $200 million currently in planning and construction stages.
The Role: Our client is seeking a well-established Estimator to join their team for a 6-month contract role, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
They typically manage two projects simultaneously, delivering quality work at a steady pace to ensure excellence. The Estimator will report to the Project Director. The office is based in West Ryde, with projects primarily located in the Eastern suburbs extending to the Western suburbs.
Key Responsibilities: Estimating for typical residential projects ranging from 5-10 stories with budgets between $90-150 million. Collaborating closely with the Project Director and the team to ensure accurate and timely project estimates. Maintaining high standards of quality and detail in all estimates. Develop comprehensive cost plans for projects Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate budgeting and cost management Analyse project requirements and provide detailed cost estimates Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an Estimator in the residential construction industry. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Salary Range: $170,000 - $220,000
