Residential Construction Supervisor

We are a medium-sized building company. We currently construct 40 homes per year. We build our homes with excellence and a commitment to quality, taking pride in delivering high-quality homes while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Your main responsibilities will be but not limited to the following: Managing the overall site performance of the building construction processBeing the main site contact for all trades, suppliers, and deliveriesMaking sure the site is cleanUpdating schedule and works progressEnsuring all sites are securedOrganising trades to fix unsatisfactory worksAttending maintenance site visitsReporting weekly on-site progress in conjunction with in-house scheduler.Requirements Proven experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager in the residential industryStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniquesValid driver's licenseAbility to prioritise tasks, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlinesUnderstanding of the home building processSalary is per annum, plus super. Car, Phone, Laptop is provided for you. Opportunity to gain experience within the residential building industry.
