Children, Youth & Family Services (CYF) team members play a vital role in ensuring that children and young people are offered a safe and stable environment to reach their goals. Ongoing Learning & Development including TCI and Sanctuary Model Training Annual FREE Flu Vaccination Reimbursement to maintain First Aid & CPR CEO Scholarship Program Employee Assistance Program Corporate Health Care Partners Location Swap – locations across QLD Recognition – Employee of the Month, 5 & 10 year Service Awards As a Residential Care Worker, you may work with young people to: Plan and attend activities or appointments Support and manage their behaviours Use daily routines to provide hands on training for life skills such as cooking, personal care and budgeting Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the house You will also complete daily case notes, admin tasks and incident reports CYF programs operate 24/7 which includes shift work (sleepovers, weekends, and possibly awake shifts). Requirements prior to commencement: Blue Card for Working with Children (currently hold or be eligible to apply for) NDIS Worker Screening (currently hold or be eligible to apply for) Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS2) Hold or be willing to enrol into a Cert 4 or higher recognised qualification Driver's licence (P2 minimum) Hope & Healing modules Smartphone with internet access CPR Certificate (willing to obtain) Interested in this job?
