Residential Care Home Manager

HammondCare is currently looking for an experienced Residential Manager to lead and inspire the team at Horsley.This role works within the Mission in Action of HammondCare to lead, motivate, and empower staff to deliver high quality and individualised care to the residents in a calm, supportive, and safe environment.
The role is accountable for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and performance of the Residential home.To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have:Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registrationExperience in aged care as a Residential Manager, ideally with Dementia experienceDemonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop a teamCommitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation, and Mission in ActionStrong negotiation and conflict resolution skillsHigh level communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team#J-18808-Ljbffr
