$94,160 p/a +superannuation + salary sacrifice Full-time -Fixed-term position About therole: We arecurrently seeking a Residential Care Coordinator to join our teamin Rockhampton. Our Coordinator will provide leadership anddirection for strong service delivery and participant outcomes. Thecoordinator will manage a team of staff ensuring that participantcare, assessment, support, and advocacy is of a highstandard.

Whatwill a typical day look like?
Contribute to theimprovement of services for the best outcomes for youngpeople. Assist with theestablishment and development of a strong and positive teamenvironment to ensure excellent communication between teammembers. Ensure adequate andeffective staffing and scheduling of support for young peoplewithin budget and roster guidelines, including proactiveworkforce management. Engage withstakeholders such as participants, relevant government agenciesand personnel, families, and the community to sustain effectiveand collaborative working relationships. Support programstaff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of youngpeople's needs based on an understanding of trauma,grief, loss, attachment and child development. Support programstaff to gain and maintain a sound understanding of the scopeand outcomes required for each service agreement. MandatoryRequirements: Diploma or bachelorqualifications in Social Services/Child Protection or relateddiscipline. Demonstratedexperience in coordination of supports for people with complexneeds.
