We are currently seeking one experienced Scheduler (minimum 2 years' experience) to join our Scheduling team based in Bunbury, Western Australia in a permanent full-time position.
Responsible for effectively compiling accurate 'Bill of Quantities' ensuring all materials and resources required are sourced from the 'Price Book' and scheduled in line with the construction plan. The role will be accountable for liaising with suppliers to ensure the ordering of materials, including on-site extras are delivered to site to support the build process and achieve build targets.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing support to scheduling team and construction teamCompile and analyse cost control reportingMonitor the progress and budgets of construction projectsApproving and processing invoicesResolve issues related to Scheduling and when necessary escalate to the appropriate Manager for resolutionTo be considered for the role, you will have: ESSENTIAL: Minimum 2 years Scheduling experience within a WA building companyGood organizational and time management skillsPreferably experience with Databuild and Microsoft ExcelWhat's in it for you?
