A rare opportunity for a dynamic Residential Aged Care Manager to join a leader in Aged Care who are values and purpose driven with a commitment to meeting the needs of their residents. This role requires an experienced leader who with support from management will deliver excellence through day-to-day operational management of this beautifully appointed facility which is running smoothly and accredited.
Key responsibilities : Day to day operational management of the medium sized facility Ensure residents experience high quality support, care and services Coach and support direct reports adhering to values of the organisation Lead, manage staff to continue to achieve high standards Achieve clinical and operational KPIs and maintain standards of care delivery Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements Actively meet performance targets in line with financial and human resource guidelines Ensure outstanding customer service and nurture relationships with residents, families and staff To be successful in this role you will have: Experience as a Residential Aged Care Manager working within residential Aged Care Current AHPRA Registration Responsible for AN-ACC and occupancy Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards/Governance Understanding of day to day operational management of a facility Knowledge of financial management and budgeting Change management experience Demonstrated leadership and management skills Excellent communication and relationship skills What you can expect in return: $165K + Super + $16K Salary Packaging (take home 5-10% more in your pay) Relocation assistance and benefits Progressive aged care provider A role with genuine work / life balance Support from the Executive Management Team Opportunity to put your mark on the facility Participate in leadership initiatives Immediate interviews ASAP so please send your resume by clicking 'apply now'.
