About the Role: As the Residential Aged Care Manager, you will lead with dedication and focus, driving both the well-being of residents and operational excellence.
In this role, you will: Foster a comfortable, home-like environment for residents.
Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day operations.
Oversee financial and operational goals to maintain sustainability.
Guide, mentor, and inspire your team to deliver high-quality care.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with the community and key stakeholders.
About You: At least 5 years of management experience, ideally in aged care settings.
Strong Clinical and Management Background.
AHPRA-registered.
Experience in managing 100+ beds.
A proven track record in managing various systems and achieving results.
