We are on the look-out for a self motivated and driven Residential Account Manager (Business Development) based in Kilburn. You will maintain our current business relationships and agreements within the Residential Homebuilder channel, whilst promoting our brands and capability, your key focus is delivering incremental new Homebuilder agreements. Ensuring that sales related to these builders agreements, are appropriately tracked against the builder via the nominated trade applicators is critical.
As the Residential Account Manager (Business Development) you will: Manage project home builder relationships.Prospect and build new project homes opportunitiesBuild business proposals and financial assessments to secure new agreementsSecure new incremental builder agreementsProvide technical support to project home builders.Promote new and existing trade and Granosite products to project home builders.Ensure business activities comply with legal, ethical and OH&S requirementsIn order to be considered you will have: Construction Industry Experience IdealHigh level of written and oral presentation skillsWell-developed interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise and work effectively to manage multiple accountsGreat Communication and Negotiation SkillsPlanning and organising time in relation to customer engagment, business development amnd site visitsWattyl a part of Hempel knows that a great business needs a Fantastic team, this is only possible with dedicated employees with diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
