Resident Wellbeing Coordinator

THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking an experienced Resident Wellbeing Coordinator with flair and creativity to enrich the lives of our 51 Residents on a permanent full-time basis. Our Residents need someone who is able to support their group and individual needs by providing meaningful group activities as well as focusing on those requiring more one-to-one support. Responsibilities will also include daily updates for Residents, updating of care plans, and the implementation of the monthly activities calendar.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Certificate 4 Leisure and HealthHave or are willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceDemonstrated experience working in a highly regulated industry, ideally aged careCommitment to and willingness to uphold our core values and maintain a positive team cultureDemonstrated experience with basic computer skills and ability to document in line with the ACQSCDemonstrated skills and experience in:Working with peopleRelating & networkingCreating & innovatingPlanning & organisingAdapting & responding to changeABOUT US Here at Adventist Senior Living, you'll find a close, supportive community, with opportunities to grow your skills, and leaders who care as much as you.
