These services are provided across NT Health, including rural hospitals in Katherine and Nhulunbuy.Responsibilities:Provide the initial assessment of the patient upon admission.Conduct daily progress assessments of the patient.Ensure communication with senior medical staff and other team members.Provide care to the patient.Coordinate and facilitate diagnosis, management, and discharge planning for the patient.Several vacancies are available, working in Darwin, Katherine, and Nhulunbuy subject to negotiations with the successful applicant.
