Singles may be considered depending on relevant, current and demonstrated experience.Key Responsibilities:Overseeing and carrying out all aspects of motel operations, including reception, housekeeping, and maintenance.Providing exceptional customer service and handling guest enquiries and complaints.Managing and motivating our housekeeping team.Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.Analysing financial and operational data to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal requirements.Requirements:Significant experience in a hands-on management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a motel or hotel environment.Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.Proficient in financial and operational analysis, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and legal requirements in the hospitality industry.Experience with PMS and channel management software, we use Guestpoint and Siteminder.Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field would be highly regarded.At least a commitment of 12+ months.Vacancy Details:Position: Full Time RoleStart Date: 1 November 2024Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 for couple
