Our client is a family-run property services company established in the early 1980s. They worked predominantly as a sub-contract painting business in the housing, commercial, and new build sectors of the industry.
Over the last 30 years, the business has continued to develop and grow its service offering, focusing on its core strengths to enable the transformation into a regional main contractor in its own right.
They are looking to attract an experienced and enthusiastic resident liaison officer to join their social housing delivery team. This role will be based in Merseyside.
We seek someone who is a forward thinker and proactive when solving problems, capable of managing multiple priorities and enjoying variety in their work. Much of your role is dependent on developing a positive culture and working relationships, communicating with operatives, contractors, customers, and clients. Therefore, we require someone with excellent IT, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience working on kitchen, bathroom, and external refurbishments is essential.
General Responsibilities
You will join a strong, diverse operational team known for their friendly approach and strong work ethic. As part of our customer team, you will drive a customer-focused and community-based service for our housing customers. You will work closely with our internal teams, ensuring that all issues are resolved quickly and effectively while meeting internal and client KPIs. The best interest of the customer is at the heart of what we do, working within client, company, and statutory regulations.
