About the Role: The task of our Resident Field Service Technician is to work effectively within the business environment and complete tasks as directed by the After Sales Manager both on site and within the workshop environment.
This role requires efficient work practices, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to complete their duties for Porter Equipment Australia within the Service Department.
The developmental nature of this position is essential to the success of Porter Equipment Australia business plans and is necessary to ensure that best practice is always pursued for PEA and our customers.
The productive alliance of this position with the sales and parts departments as well as outside contractors and the customer is essential to the success of our business service commitments.
