The Opportunity: Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Resident Field Service Supervisor to lead our team of experienced Field Service Technicians. This is a unique opportunity to guide, mentor, and coordinate a skilled group of diesel mechanics who deliver high-quality, genuine services to our customers across the Western region of South East Queensland.
In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our field service activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will manage workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of all service work, with prompt documentation and invoicing.
The position will require some presence at our Wacol workshop. We have an exciting new depot in Toowoomba which is currently being fitted out for parts storage and customer pickups, fully operational in the next couple of month.
Roster: Monday – Friday (6am – 3pm)
