Resident Experience Community Manager

Our client, a prominent BTR company committed to sustainable living and vibrant community living, is seeking a dedicated Resident Experience Community Manager.

Located within 5km of Melbourne CBD, this company prioritises purpose-built designs and enhanced living environments to ensure years of resident enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities: Be the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Staff and maintain the management office and maintenance functions, as needed for the efficient operation of the community.Collaborate with residents to create a positive living environment.Track resident engagement metrics and provide regular updates to management on community initiatives and resident satisfaction.Work with the maintenance staff to ensure that adequate inventories and equipment needed to meet requirements of the property are on hand.Qualifications: Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Passion for building community and enhancing the resident experience.Familiarity with property management software and social media platforms is a plus.Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices required.On Offer: Remuneration on offer up to $110K package based on experience.Opportunity to work within a dynamic and supportive team environment.Convenient inner Melbourne fringe location with excellent access to public transport and amenities.Please submit your resume to Jennie Hoang at ****** or contact 0410 465 519 for further information.
