Boarding House | Operational Staff Seeking a live-in Boarding Supervisor to join the Boys' Boarding HouseJoin a passionate team and become a positive and professional role model1 bedroom studio unit living arrangement on campus in 2025About the Role We are seeking a Resident Supervisor to join the Boys' Boarding House team to support the welfare, personal development and pastoral care of boarders. You will be a key member of the boarding community from Years 7-12, helping the students and parents through the school terms.
You will receive an annual salary and be required to live in our shared accommodation for Resident Boarding Supervisors in the Boys' Boarding House where you will be provided with your own room. Your accommodation, utilities, and all meals during term time will be covered through an after-tax deduction made via payroll on a fortnightly basis. This position requires 14 hours of work per week during term-time, following a roster system that includes after-hours and weekend shifts, potentially involving overnight supervision. During the non-term time, you will not be required for work and will remain living in the school accommodation throughout the year.
