Seeking a live-in Boarding Supervisor to join the Boys' Boarding House Join a passionate team and become a positive and professional role model 1 bedroom studio unit living arrangement on campus in 2025 About the Role We are seeking a Resident Supervisor to join the Boys' Boarding House team to support the welfare, personal development and pastoral care of boarders.
You will be a key member of the boarding community from Years 7-12, helping the students and parents through the school terms.
You will receive an annual salary and be required to live in our shared accommodation for Resident Boarding Supervisors in the Boys' Boarding House where you will be provided with your own room.
Your accommodation, utilities, and all meals during term time will be covered through an after-tax deduction made via payroll on a fortnightly basis.
This position requires 14 hours of work per week during term-time, following a roster system that includes after-hours and weekend shifts, potentially involving overnight supervision.
During the non-term time, you will not be required for work and will remain living in the school accommodation throughout the year.
About You You are dedicated, passionate and possess the following: A valid Driver's License Demonstrated experience in a similar role Self-motivation, flexibility, initiative and resourcefulness Well-developed communication skills and attention to detail The ability to establish good working relations with parents, staff and the School community Previous boarding supervision experience (highly desirable) All team members at CGS are required to have: Appropriate qualifications A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card A current National Police Check; and Full working rights within Australia.
