Reservations Sales Agent $24.87 Monday – Friday $31.09 Saturday, $37.31 Sunday Sea World Resort, Main Beach, Gold Coast About the role:
Based at Sea World Resort you will facilitate room availability and hotel rates via Opera Cloud PMS ensuring data integrity and accuracy in all tasks.
Duties:
• Coordinate room revenue on a daily, monthly and annual basis
• Allocate guest room bookings
• Liaise with travel agents and the Front Office team regarding booking discrepancies
• Coordinate group reservation enquiries received from inbound tour operators and conference delegates
• Maintain the reservations inbox and input reservations received by third party agents
• Assist the Front Office team on the front desk to check-in and check-out guests as well as provide hotel information as required
Skills and Experience:
• Front Office reception and/or reservations experience required
• Demonstrated experience in maximizing room revenue and yield management required
• Experience with Opera PMS and TravelClick highly regarded
• Available to work on any day including weekends, public holidays and school holidays
