We are looking for a Reservations Manager to join the Mondrian team.
Job DescriptionAs the Reservations Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our reservations operation, responsible for ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.
Your role will involve leading a team and overseeing the reservation process, managing booking systems, and collaborating closely with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Main duties will include:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the reservations team to achieve excellence in service delivery.Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded by facilitating seamless communication and coordination of guest needs and preferences.Create operational procedures and systems in order to build a successful reservations team.Handle complex reservation arrangements and resolve any issues with professionalism and care.Maximize revenue through strategic inventory management across both FIT and Group business.Foster effective business relationships with key clients and travel agents through the delivery of outstanding customer service, whether over the phone, email or face-to-face.Support Revenue Management as required.QualificationsExperience and Skills: Previous experience in a reservations or front office management role within a luxury hotel or similar environment.Proficiency in reservation software and property management systems including but not limited to Opera Cloud, Ideas and experience with ACCOR distribution systems highly regarded.Demonstrated passion for luxury service and guest satisfaction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor.
