Job DescriptionThe Role The Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Reservations department, which includes a Sales team and a Service team, each led by a dedicated Team Leader. This role is critical in maintaining our high standard of customer service. The primary focus is on managing daily team operations, including resource allocation, mentoring, reporting, handling escalations, and cultivating a responsive, caring and sales-driven culture. The Reservations Manager will be required to assist with frontline tasks, such as responding to calls and emails.

Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat we are looking for Prior experience in the travel industry preferred but not required.Experience managing a team.Reservations or sales background.Excellent communication both verbally and written.Able to prioritise and multi-task to achieve deadlines for yourself and team.Strong administration skills with accuracy and attention to detail.Proficiency in reservations/systems and Microsoft Office programs.
