Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, this hands-on role will be responsible for supporting the reservations team in the end-to-end process of conferences, events, and groups. You will ensure that guests receive the best possible pre-arrival experience, identifying peak moments that can be set up for the broader team to deliver. A key aspect of your role will be coordinating all group business at the hotel and implementing strategy to maximise yield for the hotel.QualificationsAn experienced and confident Hotel Front Office or Reservations professional with a proven record of accuracy while processing high volumes of data. You will have an excellent understanding of Reservations processes, the ability to think creatively, and be a proactive self-starter.
