This role will play a key part in working with our clients to assist booking their reservations nationally into our Stayover villages.

Stayover by Ausco villages are designed to provide comfortable and serviced accommodation for transient workers and travelers across various locations around Australia. These villages offer a range of accommodation standards, recreational facilities and an onsite restaurant, which provides our guests with a comfortable home away from home.
Your New RoleReporting to the Reservations Manager, this role will provide an efficient reservations service to our clients for our Stayover by Ausco Villages nationally and provide the Site Managers with accurate reporting to allow the efficient operation of the villages. It includes tasks such as:
Duties include but are not limited to:Accommodation reservations management including room allocations.Offering complete service delivery to all customer and client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.Work with customers to actively problem solve issues to provide exceptional service and minimise disputes occurring.Compiling various daily, weekly and monthly reports.Achievement of clear communication channels/process between our client and both Stayover by Ausco and our service providers.Administrative support to the Stayover Reservations Manager.Participation in Ausco Modular's continuous improvement program and assist in raising and actioning opportunities for continuous improvement.What You Will Bring to the RoleAlong with your friendly disposition and excellent customer service focus, you will have:
Certificate/Diploma in Administration/Hospitality is preferred but not essential.Minimum 2 years working in customer service or administration within the hospitality, hotel or mining/resources industries.Reservations or Booking experience desirable but not essential.Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.Great time management skills to be able to meet reporting deadlines.Strong drive and tenacity to succeed and achieve goals.Dedicated to providing rapid follow up to all requests with clients.Committed to maintaining customer service standards and building positive and trusting relationships with clients over the phone and face-to-face.Self-driven to be able to work from home 2 days per week.Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.Excellent problem-solving skills to come up with solutions easily.Why UsAt Stayover by Ausco, we recognise there is so much more to our people than work, so we have programs in place including a flexible working environment to help support you to realise your full potential.
