Reservations Consultant

Australia's leading Holiday Park, BIG4 Adventure Whitsunday Resort, is seeking to employ a dynamic reservations team member to join our team. This role would suit someone currently working in a Reservations/Sales position who is ready for their next exciting career opportunity!The ideal candidate should have the below prerequisites:Minimum 1-2 years knowledge of a PMS systemAbility to work under pressure and exceptional attention to detailDelivering helpful, welcoming, and professional service to guests over the phone and via emailFocus on driving direct reservations, tour bookings and membership sign-upsAccurately creating reservations and driving upsell/cross-sell initiatives to maximise revenueProcessing deposits and payments of reservations as per Standard Operating Procedure GuidelinesMid-day and end-of-day audit of reservationsFlexibility to work an evolving rosterAttention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills are the most important characteristics for this position. Working hours can vary from 7.00am to 7.30pm and may include weekends and public holidays.Please only apply if you have a permanent work visa.
