About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate customer service superstar to join our team as Reservations Consultants on a full time basis at the Port of Airlie. Reporting to the Customer Service & Sales Manager, the Reservations Consultant is an integral part of the team, responsible for delivering warm and friendly reception, excellent customer service and sales booking to all our tour guests. The focus is to enable every guest to create an experience of lifetime and long-lasting memories.
Key responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to: Focus on driving Cruise Whitsundays direct booking and sales;Maintain up to date information of all products, timetables and promotions;.Accurate processing of booking payments and management of emails, phone calls, web chats and direct bookings with reservations system;Service of the Retail Store and upselling of merchandise;Preparation of paperwork including catering numbers, manifests and EOD cash ups.About You You have a passion for the Tourism Industry with a real commitment to delivering the best standards of customer service. You are self-motivated, competent, and adaptable with an eye for detail. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate exceptional administration and sales skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have/be the following:
