Location: 27 Stanley Street, Queenstown

Employment Type: Full-Time permanent position.

Hours of Work: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, Tuesday - Saturday.

Shift times: 9:00am - 5:30pm

Wage Rate: $26 - $28 per hour

Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Managing reservations for the hotel via phone, email, online booking systems, and walk-ins.Keeping accurate records of all reservations, including guest information, payment details, and special requests.Communicating booking confirmations, modifications, or cancellations to guests.Processing payments for room bookings, including deposits and pre-authorizations.Promoting and selling additional hotel services, such as upgrades, dining options, and special packages.Monitoring room availability to prevent overbooking and maximize occupancy.Maintaining confidentiality and security of guest information.Assisting with Front Office tasks and duties as needed.Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in a similar role within a hotel environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
