About the Role We have several positions available for experienced Reservations and Administration professionals, to join our team at our Head Office in Surfers Paradise. Roles can vary between Full-Time, Part-Time and Casual.
The ideal candidates will have the following skills, experience and responsibilities:
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced tourism, hotel or office environmentProven ability to deliver exceptional customer service, primarily via phone / email and in-personSkilled in providing expert administrative support to process and reconcile bookings, payments and sales accountsCollaborate to provide valuable customer feedback for continuous improvement of experiencesDrive sales growth by understanding customer needs and preferencesExperience in logistics planning, such as scheduling bus pickupsProficient in using various reservation systems, tools, and technologiesAbility to multitask and adapt to customer or business requirementsStrong attention to detail and time management skillsPositive attitude towards continuous improvement and working efficientlyDemonstrates a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitudeWillingness to work a 7-day rotating roster from 7am to 7pm Duties include, but are not limited to:
Reservations and booking management with a high level of accuracyProvide professional and courteous customer service, addressing questions, concerns, and special requestsCommunicate effectively with customers through phone, email and live chat, providing information about our experiences and addressing enquiriesUse software to manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate customer records e.g. FreshdeskAbout You Are you passionate about delivering high-quality outcomes and the best experiences for customers?
