The resort offers 150 beautifully appointed bungalow-style villas, a variety of food and beverage options at the Other Side of the Moon restaurant and bar, award-winning conference and wedding facilities, and a rejuvenating day spa.
As a Reservations Agent, you play a crucial role in assisting our hotel guests from their initial inquiry to their arrival.
You will manage reservations, provide guests with accurate information on room availability, rates, and special offers, and suggest enticing upgrades, all while working seamlessly with our outstanding teams to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.
This role will involve predominately evening shifts from 4pm - 9pm.
Primary ResponsibilitiesManage reservations made via phone, email, and online platforms.Be the first point of contact for our guests, addressing inquiries and assisting with reservation modifications and cancellations.Allocate rooms based on guest preferences and availability.Safely handle payment transactions, verifying billing details for accuracy.Suggest room upgrades and fulfill specific guest requests.Maintain meticulous reservation records.Assist in resolving guest complaints related to reservations or billing.Skills and ExperienceCustomer service-oriented with exceptional communication skills.Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.Proficiency in using restaurant booking, reservation, and property management systems is a plus.Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.Team player with a positive attitude.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
