In this role, you will contribute to cyclical HR activities, troubleshoot system issues, improve processes and develop user-friendly training materials and guides that empower our HR team members. Collaborating with key stakeholders and Principal Analysts, you will drive improvements in system efficiency, ensuring data integrity and seamless operations.

Key responsibilities will include:
Support cyclical HR activities, including bulk changes, terminations, and data integrity maintenance within the HCMS system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse requirements, identify opportunities, and assist in designing system improvements and process enhancements.
Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides and training materials, for new features and processes.
Proactively monitor system components, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

About You
Qualifications equivalent to an undergraduate degree in IT, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training.
Proven experience in documenting and maintaining business processes or data structures for enterprise systems.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct research and develop solutions for complex issues.
Organised and methodical approach to tasks, with high attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of managing objectives with minimal guidance and taking ownership of assigned activities.
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues to achieve positive outcomes.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
