I need assistance with regular projects for one client. I am the Internal Recruiter engaged to provide a recruitment service and bring competent talent to the table. Currently, I only use Seek, but I want to explore other sources, particularly LinkedIn, as I am not competent with it.The client is in the Financial Services industry. The size of the company and the planned expansion over the next 3 years provides confidence about this arrangement being long-term, which will also benefit you.You will be an expert in this field and adopt a strong systems approach to recruitment. We are looking for a strategic thinker who focuses on an accurate and efficient approach.You will be set up at home and have all the tools required to easily provide this service.Maybe we will be your only source of recruitment income.
