In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for the Centre, delivering high-quality customer service and responding promptly and professionally to both verbal and written enquiries.
You will assist researchers and research leaders in delivering research and consultancy projects on time, ensuring adherence to quality processes, and maintaining accurate data.
You will provide high-level support to academic staff, students, and stakeholders, managing enquiries and related matters efficiently.
