In this role you will undertake scientific research with annual and perennial legumes, grasses and herbs, mainly for 'Mediterranean' environments in Western Australia, but also for temperate and tropical environments. The research areas can be breeding, physiology and/or agronomy according to current and future projects.Pasture science is an exciting area of research with opportunities to interact across other disciplines such as livestock management, soil science and crop production.
