Research Project Manager - Cx Research

As a Project Manager, you'll work on major financial institutions' CX research programs. In a client-facing role, you'll have the chance to expand your quantitative research, fieldwork, data management, and project/account management skills.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop CX research programs.Coordinate operational delivery, ensuring top-notch quality every time.Work with development teams to plan and schedule technical deliveries.Manage relationships with external vendors to keep projects on time and within budget.Lead communication and WIP meetings with key clients.Experience and Skills: Previous experience in a research project/account management or customer experience research – min 2/3 years.Data doesn't scare you – you're confident with data sets.Attention to detail is your middle name, and quality is your game.Organisational skills?
