(plus 17% superannuation)You will be a key staff member responsible for the reporting of strategic research data for the purposes of benchmarking, developing and enhancing performance frameworks, and business intelligence capability. Since implementing the 2030 University Research Strategy the University has experienced marked improvements in research performance metrics. The Research Reporting Team within the Office of the Pro-Vice Chancellor Research (Performance and Governance) is key to supporting national and institutional reporting on research performance metrics.The Pro-Vice Chancellor Research (Performance and Governance) (PVCR(PG)) has specific responsibility for leading the research strategy implementation outside of Institutes, provides leadership in the development of strategic initiatives for internal research support schemes, and is responsible for oversight of research integrity initiatives and support. The PVCR(PG) is the key liaison with Faculty and works closely with the Executive Deans, Associate Deans (Research), Heads of School and Associate Heads of School, especially in relation to setting School and Faculty research KPIs, and monitoring progress against these KPIs.We are a university of the land and people of our regions.
