About the role
Northern NSW Local Health District (NNSWLHD) is seeking a Research Operations Manager (Health Manager Level 3) to provide high level support to the Director of Research in promoting, facilitating, developing and overseeing research in NNSWLHD.
Undertaking a key role in progressing the strategic vision for research as per the Northern NSW Local Health District Research Strategic Plan.
Providing support for the LHD Research and Innovation Committee, assisting with and coordinating research funding schemes and opportunities, providing advice to LHD staff on research methods, responding to research enquiries and contributing to research ethics and governance processes. This is a LHD wide role and will be instrumental in guiding the LHD towards meeting the requirements of the National Clinical Trials Governance Framework.
