Your opportunity  Reporting to the Senior Measurement and Research Manager, this role involves analysing and monitoring customer feedback tools. It aims to deepen our understanding of customer sentiment at our centres, identify operational needs, and uncover opportunities to improve the customer experience.
The goal is to equip the Customer Experience teams with effective tools, enriching their understanding of our customers and providing insights crucial for informed decision-making. 
Key accountabilities: 
Designing and updating a range of reporting and dashboards that provides relevant insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, determining correct data sources and metrics to deliver reporting that meets their needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance their understanding of customer feedback and facilitate action. Monitor platform requests, create new users & assign role-based access. Create training documentation and deliver training to new users. Collaborate with stakeholders to gain feedback on platform tools and features. Working with third party platform provider to leverage best practice platform tools. A minimum of 1 to 3 years' experience in a data analysis, product management or market research related role. Enjoys analysis of quantitative data and strong affinity for numbers. Fluency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools e.g., Tableau Ability to translate data into meaningful reporting. A passion for learning and willingness to collaborate and share new ideas.
