Your future team We are looking for a Research Manager to drive a strategic UX measurement research program.
In this role, you will lead a team of mixed method researchers all aiming to deliver a better time to value for our customers.
You will partner with other teams within Research & Insights and multiple teams across the company.
Together you will drive efficient, insights informed decision making, identifying critical opportunities for improving the customer experience on our key products.

What You'll Do Define the User Experience measurement research strategy, establishing a practice that balances speed and quality of research execution.
Partner with product managers, design, data science, engineering and other cross functional teams to define the research roadmap, execute the strategy and drive adoption of experience measurement recommendations.
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of mixed method researchers.
Connect UX measurement insights with our established brand and market research insights.
Provide thought leadership in UX measurement and related research practices.
Your background You will have 8+ years of experience in Research, including leading research strategy in complex or enterprise-level software environments You will have 2+ years of experience managing research teams of 4 or more.
You will have expertise in applying quantitative and qualitative research methods to business problems, including defining and scaling programs focused on measuring and tracking product experience metrics.
You will be proficient in research program design, UX measurement, data management, data analysis, statistical analysis and insights generation.
We will look for engaging techniques for sharing research recommendations and the ability to bring teams along on the research journey.
You will have proven experience influencing business strategy and driving change across organizational boundaries through clear and compelling communication of research-driven insights and analyses.
You will have experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
