Reporting directly to the Associate Director, you'll have the autonomy to engage with a diverse array of thrilling brand and agency clients. You'll lead a small team of executives who will support you, while you coach and mentor them. This role spans across various exciting sectors, from finance & banking to QSR, travel, tourism, and beyond.
Your Mission
Deliver Game-Changing Insights: Produce high-quality reports that enable our clients to make transformative business decisions.
Achieve Stellar Client Satisfaction: Maintain exceptionally high levels of client engagement and satisfaction.
Drive Client Retention and Growth: Proactively manage accounts to ensure client retention and expansion.
Client Training Excellence: Lead initial consultations and onboarding workshops for new clients.
Craft C-Suite Ready Reports: Provide insightful analysis that is crucial to the research and data needs of top executives.
Foster Team Development: Mentor your high-performing team, aiding in their career progression.
Innovate and Improve: Continuously enhance our processes as we scale our business to accommodate a growing client base.
Collaborate Seamlessly:Work closely with New Business teams and seasoned Client Services members to achieve shared objectives.

What You'll Bring
Knowledge and Experience:
5+ years in consumer insights and research
Technical expertise in consumer research methodologies
Proficiency in questionnaire writing
Experience with syndicated or custom research
Independent client relationship management experience
Preferred but not essential: some people management experience
Excellent communication skills
Behavioral Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate your team
Strong client and stakeholder management skills
