About the Role: Reporting to a Senior Research Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing key components of our customer roadmap program.
This includes overseeing our core tracking and regular strategic research projects, as well as handling ad hoc assignments.
You will also be responsible for continuously evaluating our established programs and processes, looking for opportunities to optimise & improve.
As a strong quantitative researcher with at least 5 years of experience and a solid understanding of qualitative methods, you will provide impactful business insights that drive change and decision-making.
You thrive in a collaborative cross-functional team environment, driving customer-led thinking.
Your proactive nature, excellent communication skills and outstanding stakeholder management abilities are crucial to your success.
Responsibilities Include Managing end-to-end research programs, from brief to final presentation.Leading questionnaire design, analysis, insight generation, and reporting.Collaborating with agency partners on ad hoc projects and tracking programs.Utilising advanced skills in Excel, SPSS/Q, with exceptional data visualisation skills.Presenting insights and implications to stakeholders effectively.Advising the optimal approach based on the brief, implementing best practice research tools, methodologies, and processes.Handling multiple projects with competing deadlines.About You Minimum 5 years of research industry experience, preferably agency-side.Proven project management skills and experience in writing surveys.Advanced analytical skills and ability to analyse quantitative research data.
You're always focused on understanding, and effectively communicating, the "so what?".Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable & confident presenting to senior leaders.Strong analytical skills with exceptional ability to communicate insights and implications.Curious and questioning mindset; you don't just accept the status quo.Commercially savvy, with a hunger to provide real business insight.Future-focused, thinking proactively about opportunities to further business initiatives and goals.Highly proactive and self-motivated, anticipating follow-up questions and requests.A strategic, critical thinker, you triangulate data from various sources to build a robust understanding.The Perks We work hard and play hard, so along with a competitive salary and generous performance-based bonus, here's some of our other perks:
