Key Responsibilities: Client Implementations: Managing a team of product specialists, you will use your research administration knowledge to translate client requirements into solution configuration.
This is a hands-on role that will allow you to help configure our software to streamline research management processes.
You will work with our project managers and technical teams to ensure clients achieve their desired results in a timely manner.
Advanced Product Support: Provide high-level, specialised support beyond routine inquiries and collaborate with our client's power users to solve challenges.
Build relationships with clients, proactively offering creative solutions to unique problems.
Innovation and Client Success: Leverage your research administration experience and exposure to client requirements to work with technical leads and influence our product roadmap.
